Kevin Seque, the principal of KSL, recognised as a leading life industry specialist with 38 years’ experience in financial services and 30 of these as a life insurance salesman owns and manages KSL. Kevin co-authored in 2001 the LBA paper to Government during the Todd Taskforce Review of Superannuation and Savings in New Zealand.

Kevin is a Life and 21 Year Qualifying Member of Million Dollar Round Table, the premier organisation for financial salespeople in the world. He is also a Fellow of the Life Brokers’ Association.

In 2006 Kevin sold the funds management division of his business in favour of dedicating the rest of his business life to providing expert help to companies and individuals in the area of life and living insurance advice.

Kevin’s investment advice now is restricted to property investment strategies through Aurum Property Systems Limited, a residential property investment company which he has a major shareholding in.

Kevin has worked with accountants and lawyers in the implementation of some very complex Share Purchase and Deed of Participation arrangements, is very knowledgeable in Trust structure, conversant in the need for clear and concise drafting of Wills and conversant in company structure.

Kevin takes a very holistic approach to succession and life insurance planning looking at the family tree and exploring the options on the basis of what would happen from a company perspective and what would happen from a personal perspective if something should happen to any one of the family members that could financially impact the insured party.

Kevin now offers his expertise in auditing existing insurance portfolios to ensure that you have the right policy best suited to your particular situation, not one selected by a commission salesman recently returned from an overseas junket with an insurance company or from a golf match or lunch sponsored by an insurance company.
